Warm Weather

Well, I thought for a brief weekend that perhaps summer had finally arrived but woke up today to realize twas but a pipe dream. But before we get sad over the weather together, we had such a nice weekend, we even planted a couple of trees. Dad planted the big one in the front yard, but the one for the corner was small enough for K and I to tackle. I put in the whole sequence because I kid you not, this girl was helping me...do you see that dirt on her shovel? She's great! :-)

We invited Nana and Poppy and Uncle J over...Nana got stuck in the playhouse quite a bit.

Is this what happens at your house?

and we had a BBQ.

The next day, we went to the park and played a tiny bit of disc golf...someday the girls will think that is interesting...I hope.

In other news, Em has suddenly been eating like a fiend. She thinks she needs to eat all the time and since she is finally actually getting much of it down, there is hope. I watch her and all I think is, "Great! I am going to have the baby who was too skinny and the toddler who is too fat!" I can only hope.

I said MOST of it down, right?  She's getting so big!!  (Ok, in my eyes).

One for the road.

Later! God Bless!
