So Far...

So far we haven't seen any more blood in the poo and we are about 30 hours back into breast milk. We certainly aren't out of the woods for several more days yet but at least there is hope. So here are some pics of a hike we took the other day.

We've been trying to teach her to keep her glasses on and this was the first time she finally left them alone. What a silly girl!

Daddy decided this was the best time to teach K to throw rocks into the water. He created a monster! We were there for a long time just throwing rocks...she thought it was great. :)

Oh, the other two of us...Em LOVES being in the bjorn. I almost forgot to tell you that the consultant from the Braille Institute came out and right now the prognosis is the same. She sees light but has yet to focus on an object. For now, the glasses don't seem to make a difference but we keep them on in the hope that at some point they will.

Also she is well over 9 pounds but still fits in most of her newborn clothes. She must be proportioned quite differently but the reason I posted that is because I think it is funny that I am totally tired of her newborn clothes...how many people can say that? I know a lot of babies who never wear them because they are too small. :)

3 Months Old!

Emily Grace is three months old (adjusted) today...that makes her six and a half months old chronologically. I think those words speak for themselves and if you let it sink in, the power of them will too. God Bless!
