Last Day of Sept

Why, hello! It has been a long week or so for us and really nothing to report. In the good news, we spoke with Em's neurologist and he agreed we could wait until summer to do her MRI. I don't know what that means for pursuing other assessment options but for now, the stress is off and I will worry about the rest of it later. We are all healthy and happy and grateful for it!

This is K...she has her princess shoes and princess skirt on and that cowgirl hat, all covering her pj's. I thought it was funny so I asked for a pic.

Em had the potato head glasses on her face but by the time I got the camera, they had fallen a little. She is such a clown! She will do anything that seems crazy if she thinks it will make you smile or laugh.

Em giving Daddy a kiss.

Did you know my stroller was a quad stroller? Yes, it is. Actually we have used it like this quite a bit lately and the girls on the front always think they are so special!

We were at the fire station so K gave Smokey a hug.

And she got to spray the hose. She was scared but still touched it. :)

Mommy with her girl. So cute!

The Three Musketeers!

K and Z waiting for the big group pic. They stood nice and still...at first...but by the time they got everyone together, they were too distracted by the other kids to look up at all. They were being so good, I had to snap a photo. :)

Then we went for chocolate later. Yes, believe it or not, with dairy, wheat, nut, soy, and egg allergies between the girls, we can all still have chocolate...as long as it is dark. Yummy! Every day I am glad another child does not have to wear most of Em's clothes. She is such a messy little girl!

J decided we had to start finding a place for the latest addition to the crew but I am not sure where he is supposed to fit. Yes, he is 5mo old and nearly as large as Emmy. :)

K had her first encounter with a praying mantis this past week at a birthday party. Dad caught it and let her touch it and then they found this little cage for it. She was so excited!

Thanks to everyone who has sent me recipes and ideas! I have used many of them and they are quite good. Now I just need to convince K that foods other than pancakes and chocolate milk do taste good and don't give her owies! Already I can see that her skin is doing much better and she is having an easier time going potty (which also means potty training is finally over, yeah!!), so the dietary changes have been good.

God Bless!!
