Oh and this happened everywhere we went...all the Mexicans wanted their picture taken with the "muy bonita nina". It was pretty funny, especially since most of them thought it was good luck to touch a beautiful baby. :)

Cenotes
Conotes are sink holes. The Yucatan is made of limestone so as the underground rivers erode it away, eventually the overlying sediment collapses and creates these 'holes' in the ground.
